Warren is the Managing Director of the Experience Group. After graduating from Canterbury University with a Bachelor of Commerce, he held numerous senior marketing, sales and management roles with national and multinational companies.
Warren has been involved in commercial sports for the past 15 years through Capital Events Limited, Lions Hospitality 2005 Limited, Hospitality NZ 2011 LP and the Experience Group. Capital Events Limited, owned by the same people, was set up in 1999 to provide event management and corporate hospitality services.
Warren takes an active role in the business and uses his knowledge and experience to help deliver a first class experience for each and every client of the Experience Group.

Victoria Hunt is the Operations Manager for Experience Group. Victoria has been flawlessly executing events for over 18 years in New Zealand and consequently has become one of the most trusted sporting, hospitality and event planners in the country. Victoria has worked on some of the largest sporting events in New Zealand’s recent history including RWC2011, Lions Tour 2005 & 2017, Super Rugby & National Provincial Competitions across the country, as well as cultural events such as Royal Edinburgh Tattoo and concerts.
Victoria is a very creative and innovative Operations & Events Manager who is passionate about the grand design of an event, and follows this through with meticulous attention to the smallest of details. Her organisational, logistical, and communication skills guarantee the effective and efficient execution of every client’s vision – with a calm, yet fun, personality. Over the 18 years Victoria has developed a high standard of skills within the sporting & events industry such as Hospitality, Sponsorship Management & Activations, Accreditation, Match Operations & Merchandise.
Her events and décor elements are known to be innovative and in an increasingly digital world she continually strives to create extraordinary experiences – experiences that bring together creative thinking, smart ideas and the latest technologies to deliver on the clients’ goals.

Kirsty is the Director of Accounts at Experience Group.
Stephen Dods has been a big part of Canterbury Rugby over the past 40 years. Dodsy played 35 matches for Canterbury and was a stalwart of High School Old Boys Rugby where he is now a life member. On returning from Ireland where he played and coached professionally, he became Director of Rugby and Cricket at Christchurch Boys’ High School in 2000 where they soon became recognized as a NZ leader in these two sports at secondary school level. Dodsy also coached a number of Canterbury Junior and Development teams during this time.
For the past 9 years Dodsy has been the Director of Rugby and Cricket at Christ’s College, enjoying similar success with them.
In between Dodsy has spent a lot of time coaching and consulting universities and clubs in Japan wanting to build high performance programs.
Dodsy has been integral in many boys going onto represent the Crusaders, All Blacks and Blackcaps during his last 24 years with Christchurch Boys High School and Christ’s College and sees Experience Group as a way to reconnect with many of them.
He joins Experience Group with the goal of “Adding excitement” to the hospitality packages in the South Island and hopes businesses and communities will see value in supporting their local teams and local events.
